Postage

 

Postage in the UK is a flat rate charge of £3, regardless of how many items you order. International orders are charged at a flat rate of £7. Items will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class post. If you require parcel tracking, please get in touch and it can be added to your order for an additional charge.

 

We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days of payment. Please allow up to 21 working days if your item is made-to-order. You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been dispatched.

 

In the UK, please allow up to 4 working days (International 7 working days) for delivery from the date of your dispatch confirmation email. If delivery of your item has not been attempted within 5 working days (International 9 working days) of your confirmation email, please contact us at sales@owleyesmarket.com and we will investigate for you.

 

Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct postal address, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost as a result of incorrect addressing.

 

Pricing

 

All prices shown are in GBP Sterling. Overseas card payments may be subject to an additional currency conversion charge – please check these details with your card provider.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We hope you will love your Owleyes purchase! However, if you are not satisfied you have 7 days from the day of delivery to return your item. Please contact us straightaway at sales@owleyesmarket.com with your reason for return, and we will provide you with details on where to return your item.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage, and for ensuring the item reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged. (We suggest that you return items via Recorded Delivery to enable you to confirm delivery.) All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and a refund (not including original price of postage) or exchange will be given once this has been verified. We aim to complete refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receiving a returned item.

 

Please note that made-to-order items are exempt from this ‘cooling-off period’, and may not be returned or exchanged. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, and discounted or sale items are also non-returnable.

 

If you believe your item to be faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@owleyesmarket.com with details of the problem.

 

Products & Product Care

 

Owleyes products are one-of-a-kind, and so the exact details of individual handmade items may differ slightly from their descriptions, due to variation in materials.

Please handle your items with care to ensure they have a long life – we recommend that you remove jewellery items before showering or bathing, and take care not to expose your items to alcohol (including perfume) or chemicals.

 

Any specialist care instructions are included in the product descriptions on the website.
